The question this week is. . .


"If I gave you £50 (or $80) and sent you into a bookshop right now, what would be in your basket when you finally staggered to the till?"


That's a hard question for me as I have no problem with buying books whenever I want them.  But, there are a few paperbacks that I'm waiting to be discounted. . .


Katelyn loves all the Sophie books. Sophie The Zillionaire is the one we're missing.



A True Princess by Dian Zahler Not a paperback but a book that I have on my list.  A fairytale retelling  of the princess and the pea


I've heard good things about Silver Phoenix by Cindy Pon (the other cover is much cooler).


XVIby Julia Karr Another society is encouraging teenage sex dystopian.








 



When the Stars Go Blue: A Novel By Caridad Ferrer looks terrific.













For the rest I'd probably go through the childrens section and let the little one go nuts picking out books she thinks look cool.
